Svaneti Mountain Adventure: Four Active Days from Mestia
Seven days and six nights with one base in Mestia for glacier, lake, waterfall and village outings. Four consecutive active mountain days, private road transfers and local hiking support.
A mountain holiday for active travellers who prefer returning to the same base each evening. After one night in Tbilisi, spend five nights in Mestia and explore Chalaadi, Koruldi, Ushguli and the Mazeri valley. This is an active programme of moderate to demanding walks, not technical mountaineering. The local qualified hiking guide leads the active days and adapts each route to weather, trail access and the group’s ability. The operating season is May–November, subject to trail, road and weather conditions.
The seven-day base ends with a long road transfer to Tbilisi airport. It is suitable only for a compatible late-evening flight after the team checks the road schedule and connection margin. Otherwise an additional Tbilisi night is quoted before confirmation. Language support, exact walking routes and meal arrangements are confirmed individually.

Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Tbilisi. Airport transfer, hotel check-in and rest. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 2 — Tbilisi to Mestia. A long scenic road transfer with comfort stops, followed by check-in, equipment review and a route briefing. Overnight in Mestia.
Day 3 — Chalaadi Glacier approach. Transfer to the trail area and walk through the mountain valley with the hiking guide. Return to the same base in Mestia; the route depends on local conditions.
Day 4 — Koruldi Lakes. A 4WD-assisted outing and a selected walking route above Mestia, with alpine panoramas and lake scenery. Return to Mestia.
Day 5 — Ushguli and Tetnuldi viewpoints. Travel by mountain vehicle, explore the village and tower landscapes, and visit viewpoints when access allows. Return to Mestia. Zagari Pass or Shkhara options are separate arrangements.
Day 6 — Mazeri waterfall hike. Transfer into the valley for a guided forest and waterfall route. The walking distance is selected for the group and weather. Return for the final night in Mestia.
Day 7 — Return to Tbilisi. Early departure for a long road transfer and airport drop-off for an agreed late flight. An additional overnight is required and quoted separately when flight timing is incompatible.
